About Serviced Offices

Serviced offices are the simplest office space option.

They come fully furnished, equipped with IT and telecoms, and available for an all inclusive fixed fee each month on term lengths starting from 3 months.

There is no limit to the size of office available but ordinarily the requirements tend to be from 1 person up to 3,000 sq ft (approximately 40 people).

A key aspect of serviced offices is flexibility. With agreements from just three months in length, you can let your office space grow or contract around you. It is very simple to move – often a case of just moving down the corridor – with no change of telephone numbers or internet connections.
